Went to get some products last night, with mostly box dye experience. Staff was super nice and helpful and directed me towards products that did what I wanted! My hair looks great after doing it last night so thank you both!

Thanks to both the help of Kendall and now Toby, dying my hair has easily and quickly becoming a thing for me! If you can brave the traffic of the first Target, go here!

Extremely poor customer service. Workers are dismissive and unfriendly. Seen like the hate their jobs.

I recently visited Sally's Beauty Supply and had a very disappointing experience with two clerks. They were extremely rude and seemed completely unknowledgeable about the products. Their behavior was unprofessional and gave off unsettling vibes, making me feel very uncomfortable. I expect better service and knowledgeable staff when shopping at a beauty supply store. This experience has made me reconsider returning to this location.

I needed some advice on hair care products and a very kind and knowledgable employee helped me find what I needed, and everything was reasonably priced! They even helped me after being done with their shift, which I appreciate so much having worked retail myself. Thank you Kendall!
