⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Two thumbs up—holiday-ready and feeling REFRESHED. Honestly, this was one of the best waxing experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting waxed on and off for years. Janice was an absolute sweetheart, and her technique? Flawless. She ate and left no crumbs. The session was a combination of sugaring and waxing, which worked incredibly well—effective, smooth, and with very minimal cleanup needed. It didn’t hurt the way waxing usually does, and the entire experience felt calm, professional, and well-paced. What really stood out was how comfortable I felt the whole time. You know how, there’s always that little voice in your head wondering “Is this going to hurt since it’s been a while?” Janice immediately put me at ease, and the results speak for themselves. I feel AMAZING.

Jannice gave me an above and beyond experience! She did an excellent and efficient job but also had great energy. She left me feeling pampered with a personal touch of care and connection. 10/10

Today my husband surprised me with a wax appointment at “ Hello Sugar” for my birthday. It was my first time ever so i was nervous. Janice made my experience so reassuring! She explained step by step and made sure i was comfortable. She is very informative about after care. I signed up for a membership it was just that great! The decor was beautiful and she was playing all my old school jams! Very relaxing! I cant wait to go back in 4 weeks!

Jannice is absolutely amazing! My very first appointment with HelloSugar with a different esthetician was very rushed work (due to the esthetician being late) leaving me in a situation where I needed a pretty significant touch up. After contacting customer service, (also extremely helpful and kind to my situation shout out to your customer care team) they made an appointment for a touch up just 2 days after my initial appointment. I’m so grateful for Jannice’s kindness and compassion in cleaning up after an initial service she did not provide. She was also very helpful and informative with aftercare which I did not receive the first time. I will absolutely be back to see Jannice and would refer anyone to see her specifically.
