I kept my receipt because I wrote Melinda on it. I will never forget that name. I walked in the store last month on 9/1/24 to be exact at 230 pm. I was looking for hair products for my 4 C hair due to taking my locs out. Melinda was the sales representative who greeted and assisted me. I loved that she did not just point me in one direction with one suggestion. Instead she walked me to several sections and went over multiple products answering any and all of my questions. I was very happy and satisfied. But more in Awe of Melinda’s perfect, irreplaceable, and so how to find EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I read all previous reviews and must say they are rather mixed to say the least! The customer service I have rec'd has always been satisfactory, There was one employee that left much to be desired, but she no longer works there. I have a Sally card that I put to good use as often as possible... it gives a price discount on everything in the store. For the most part this location is always clean, well-stocked, reasonable prices with weekly sales, has friendly, helpful employees, open 7 days a week, and is conveniently located. Sally's has merchandise that cannot be found anywhere else unless you order it online (like Amazon). I give this store 4/5 Stars and would recommend shopping here.

I am new to Rocky Mount and was having trouble finding a good beauty supply store, but I will not need to search no more! Lisa, the store manager, was fantastic. She directed me to the perfect product and it was on sale. I highly recommend this store.

This coworker literally assumed we were stealing. I’ll get her name next time to be specific but I’m not buying a thing else to support this business. She watched us from beginning to end. Your service will vary depending on who’s shopping and working! After two years I gave them another chance and greatly regret it.

Yesterday my wife and I were at your store and the worker, a black lady treated me and my wife, a black couple, unfairly. She walked by us 3 times and didn't acknowledge us. She was checking on an elderly couple every other minute. She was not courteous at all
