I always feel shrugged off by them when I go there. I asked for a specific brand of something and the cashier was like "we don't have that" and said nothing else. It's like a weird vibe like they didn't want me there. The girl with the red locs was very welcoming which is why I gave 3 stars, bit the other girls were quiet and acted like they didn't want to be there or like my questiom was stupid. Do not really want to go back unless I have to because I just feel awkward and out of place there sadly :(

I wish I’d gotten their names, but I was in this afternoon for some gel polish to do at home, but had to bring my baby with me. The staff were so helpful in finding a good gel polish, base and topcoat, and they even chatted with my baby a little bit so I can take an extra second to pick something! Seriously the sweetest.

Cassidy was amazing and super-informative. Very friendly from the get-go, which made it a lot easier for me to ask stupid questions and get informed answers. Very happy i stopped by today.

As of 1/14/25 and once again updating my review seems like Sally's has been keeping up on their stock ..not as much as prior epidemic but it seems like I can at least purchase some of the items I need to properly service my clients! Sally's beauty of course is not the only game in town so between the other professional store and eBay I've been able to keep my clients up to date and the things they need to keep their nails and toes beautiful! Updating my review March 7th 2024 tired of going to Sally's and walking out disappointed I will never and I'm saying never purchase another tube of nail glue every tube I purchased has been thick and dried up absolutely worthless in the garbage and I'm not driving back for a $2.50 refund waste of gas and time!!!! Seldom have what I need if so one maybe

The sweet woman with silver short hair and glasses was an absolute sweetheart, I felt awkward because I didn’t know what I was getting and she helped me the entire time and she was extremely kind and gentle. I didn’t get her name but you guys need to give her a raise !! She deserves it with the amazing customer service she gives :)
