I have patronized this Sally Beauty numerous times over the past few years. My experience today was by far the worst. I came in with my daughter and casually picked up a few hair products one of which being a blow dryer attachment priced at $10.99. Once we were rang up I noticed the blow dryer attachment rang up priced at $12.59. The cashier viewed the price signage and confirmed it was the same item, but informed me there was nothing that can be done. As cashiers she stated they are unable to correct pricing and ITEMS OFTEN RING UP THE WRONG PRICE! As a consumer I should be receiving merchandise as its advertised price. I wonder how many times this has happened to me in the past, let alone how many other customers have been overcharged by Sally Beauty due to the pricing in their system b

The location of the business isn't that great and the store is tiny, aisles are cramped and jammed full of product. Service? Yeah. Not bad at times and others, leaves plenty of room for improvent.

Best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. The 2 women working the counter were both very sweet and patient, while trying to help me with my defective gift card that my husband bought me for mother's day. The customer service number I had to call to get this issue resolved were also great to say the least. Very quick and efficient, had a new gift card in no time, which makes me one happy customer. Thank you!

Called to have them hold a product. Showed up to the store 20 minutes later and a solid 10 minutes before they closed and wouldn't let us in to buy what they were holding for us saying they had to close early for cleaning. Had they said that on the phone we wouldn't have wasted a trip. Rude staff altogether. Would rather drive to turlock than spend my money at that one

I had never dyed my hair. Therefore, I was really anxious and had no clue what to do! I had so many questions. The ladies that worked there answered all my questions with glee. I loved how my hair color turned out! I highly recommend this place!
