I had one return then I went to Sephora and looked around. Didn’t buy anything there, but I bought my husband, a shirt and a bag of chocolates that I’ve seen before I got to the cashers. I love Kohl’s.

Kohl's always has the cutest junior and women's clothes. They have a decent shoe area and purse area, as well as nice jewelry that's not too expensive. It's always clean and the associates leave you alone to shop, if that's important to you. I love the fitting rooms, you can tell they're new, and they're big too. It's kinda moderate pricing, it'll definitely add up if you get a few peices not on clearance. They also have many self check out stations, which I love

Listen, I get it, Kohls has some good deals and don’t get me wrong, we do shop there a lot, especially for our kids UA gear, you can’t beat it. The one thing I’m really disappointed by tho is the lack of urgency with lines. I mean to starts, it is terrible that returns are in the same spot as mainline registers. Returns take forever! The self checkouts are a great idea but I have a little bit of anxiety to try them here. I mean you have a lot of complexity for a consumer, coupons items have tags to get off them, hangers have to be left, it’s a lot to expect a customer to do.
