If you need some curly hair advice I highly suggest shopping and chatting with Dani! They took lots of time helping my clueless self out, gave me great product suggestions within budget all while helping out other customers as needed. Super lovely experience! And gave me hope my hair may be tamed.

Excellent customer service from both Tsenat and Felix!!! They were incredibly patient with me while I asked questions about different products and took the time to explain to me the differences between different dyes, toners and bleach products. They were both very kind and I had a wonderful conversation with each of them at the end of my shopping session! 10000/10 I will definitely be coming back! Thank you guys so much<3

My daughter wants to dye her hair purple. Asking around Sally's was recommended to us. Right now with the Covid crap going on, they are pretty tight on limited amount of people in their store. Once I got there, I saw that they have a pretty active clientele, so I had to wait to get in. Once in I was a little overwhelmed. They have tons of products. After wandering around for a few minutes, ended up just asking one of the young ladies for some advice. She brought me over to the semi-permantant dyes, told me what one she thought was the best. Customer service was excellent, they have tons of items, so I'm sure whatever you need, you'll find it here. My daughter is going to be very happy!

Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Arrived at 10am, the opener arrived at the same time then took an additional 10-min to unlock the door. By the time she did, there was a crowd of at least 5 of us standing outside. Many of us were professionals needing business supplies. Not sure if protocol is for staff to arrive so late but this was unacceptable and management should revisit operations.
