Asked the lady to help me pick out a blue hair dye I got home used it my hair was not close to blue but pitch black I specifically said I wanted to dye my hair blue she picked the hair dye for me my hair is now black a color I never wanted

The biggest Sally’s I’ve ever been in and they have an amazing selection of products and ALOT OF AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIRED PRODUCTS which I LOVE them for that! This place looks like the Sephora of all Sally’s! So cute and set up so well, everything is super easy to find. May come back to take pics of the inside, it looks so nice.

**Terrible Experience with Extremely Rude Customer Service** I had one of the worst experiences at Sally Beauty recently. My boyfriend and I were shopping, and since my phone was about to die, we politely asked if we could plug in my phone (we had our own charger) to get directions home. The employee’s response was shockingly rude. She sarcastically said, “No – did you need a chair too or maybe some food to eat?” in an incredibly snarky tone. I was stunned and mentioned how unnecessary her attitude was, and after that, she suddenly switched gears and started trying *extra* hard to be helpful, but it was clearly because I said I’d be leaving a review about how rude she was. To make things even worse, as I continued shopping, she was standing just two feet away from me when another cowork

Loved the store! Loved two of the employees! But one person (that I can only assume was the night shift manager) was rude and followed my every move around the store, not doing anything except staring at me and taking a step or two back when I got close. One of her employees asked me if I needed to find anything and I started to talk when she interrupted me and said “nope. Just browsing”..... alrighty then. I also heard her make a rude comment about some guys that came in two minutes before closing (and left right after she told them)

On the two days in a row I went there to correct a hair coloring faux pas, I received wonderful customer service. After a friendly greeting and asked if they could direct me to a product... they let me browse and answered questions if I asked of them. I can't stand a pushy rep hovering over you while you're tying you make up your mind about something. The only con I can think of in my 2 visits is that there's too much selection for my indecisive mind to choose from🤣... but that's on me. Pleasantly relaxed experience. July 2023 today and can't believe it's been 3 years since this last review I posted here. I shopped there again today, and I'm STILL getting the best customer service ever!
