I recently moved to NC with my family so this was my first time at Sally Beauty and let me tell you, Dee was the absolute sweetest person ever! I’ve never done highlights or color correction myself but Dee took the time to explain every process to me ensuring I understood how to do this myself. I have been going to Sally’s for 10+ years and have never had such a great experience like the one I had today. Brittney was engaging, helpful and such a vibrant energy from the second I walked in to when I left. I can not recommend this store enough! I live on the other side of town and will only come to this store from here on out. Thank you Brittney for making everyone in the store feel seen, helped and leading with hospitality!

I went to get a replacement for my clippers. I trust Sally’s beauty store with my exact replica. The lady at the location was very helpful and courteous. She recommended a warranty that gave me the peace of mind that I will be satisfied with my product. That shows that sally stand behind their promise to customers.

Highly recommend this location! I had an amazing experience with the store manager, Tatiana, at this location today. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging while I was in the store. She helped make sure I had the supplies I needed, by making product recommendations and asking questions about my hair goals. Highly recommended this store and especially Tatiana.
