Bought ion color brilliance haircolor. Tried to mix wih developer, everything was done properly, and no color. The product was missing the pigment and they just sold a white cream that never oxidized into color. Called to report this and they wouldn't refund it. Kept trying to explain to me how to mix color, thought I explained I already did it properly. It was like they didn't believe that I did it properly and thought it was my fault it wasn't working, however it was a faulty product. They just offered for me to call ion customer service (which we all know is pointless). Pretty disappointed in the customer service, i think it would be reasonable for me to get a refund on a faulty product that they sold.

Ratings are everything and so is customer service. If I am choosing to not buy a product off of amazon and instead physically coming into your store. The customer service better be impeccable. Unfortunately the staff was terrible. Waited a week for a product only to be told "I will confirm that we have it on order" for the second time in over a week. Then to receive attitude when i ask if you can check in the back to confirm? Sorry, that customer service experience is exactly why i shop online and the reason you will be going out of business in our area. Amazon doesn't lie, give me attitude, Ships to my door, and i don't have to leave the comfort of my couch to deal with people who don't understand basic customer service. Enjoy

Door and Google maps says open at 11 on Sunday. It was 11:15 when I walked up to the door to find it locked and no one inside. Called at 11:45 after I left for lunch and no answer. I love Sally's, but unfortunately, the one here in Quincy might be questionable.

I love Sallys! I buy my hair products for curly hair(Eden line) from there at our Quincy store😌 Love that stuff! There's an older lady employed at our Quincy store that is exemplary in her customer service skills. Always helpful & kind.
