I'm not sure the names of the two girls that helped me and my friend get hair dye today, but they were so so helpful and nice. My hair turned out amazing from the product that they recommended!

I've been going to Sally Beauty Supply since back when you needed a special license. You have to know what to look for, but deals are incredible compared to boxed junk & big box hair products. Always look for an online coupon and they'll apply it in store. If you color your hair.... that alone is a reason to shop Sally. It's not as scary as it seems getting color & developer separately. Just buy a giant bottle of Wella Cream Level 20 Developer and it works with nearly all colors including bleach powders. I bought 2 boxes of super-bright ION Colors, 20 color wipes, enough developer to last 10 colorings, and a 20 Oz bottle of ION Color Seal/Conditioner. Came to the store at 4.00 to find a sign that said "will be back at 4.30". Ok, no problem everyone needs a break. Came back at 4.30 no one there. I waited until 5.00 when i finally gave up. Nobody ever showed up. Myself and another 2 people waited for half an hour for no one to show. I see now why most locations end up closing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want a longer break thats fine, but make a proper sign stating the time you will be back, don't blatantly lie and make people wait for no reason.

Store hours said 6:00 cause of COVID19, I got there at 5:40 and you were closed already. I find it very unperfecional. It's like Sally's workers time is worth more than their customers time. I'll find another place or we'll by it online.

👎 If your store hours say that you're open until 8pm then you shouldn't have the doors locked at 7:55pm!! I watched the girls that work in Quakertown, Pa store walk out after closing the store at exactly 7:57pm!! If that's how you want to run your businessbusiness, fine but then change closing hours to: sometime before 8pm!! Second time this has happened and it's truely frustrating!!
