Today I think I received the best customer service ever in my life. Both women were wonderful. Serina's (probably spelt her name wrong even after she told me 🤣split colored hair) attitude is exactly what I hope all my interactions with people are. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, cheerful. She helped my daughter and I with every bit of my shopping. Hope her boss knows how great she is.

Rita was very helpful and sweet. She made the shopping experience so fun and easy. She took time to find a product that worked for me and made sure it was what I was looking for. Will definitely be coming back!

I gave the south side one a review so I thought I should give one to this store too. I’ve never had bad customer service. Rita, the manager is the best! She’s been working at Sally’s for a long time and really knows how to help! One time it was close to closing and I called to see if they had a product and the girls offered to run it out to me when I got there. I don’t remember if I paid over the phone or when I got there. Anyway, i couldn’t believe how they went above and beyond for me! It was during the middle of covid outbreak so I don’t i don’t know if they would still do that now. I really appreciate the great help I always get here!

So, I ran out of blue hair dye for my ponytail and my proactive spouse found a sale and bought me 4 tubes of Ion Pigments sky blue. We set for in store pickup and order was paid for. Got to store at first available time, 2 days later. Clerk said there was no order and maybe someone else had picked up. I said impossible, only one other than me who knew about order was my hubby who had been in my sight for past 2 days. Showed my text with the order number, looked up order in computer. Clerk shrugged. Finally dragged husband in store as back up and was insisting I'm not okay with paying for goods and not receiving, clerk reluctantly was ringing up new order that she was going to not charge me for when lady comes in and says I think I have your order. Omg the person who helped me was so kind, they helped me find the correct color remover, they talked me through the steps of what I would be doing, etc. They went out of their way to make sure that I didn't fry my hair off within my budget with quality products, and by god they were the sweetest person I've ever met. I understand this is their job but they still went out of their way and were totally awesome.
