I don’t normally post reviews unless it’s extremely bad. I have always had a pleasant experience at this spa for different kinds of waxing and massages. I went in for an eyebrow wax and my eyebrows are completely botched. I showed her an inspiration and made clear what I wanted and she even drew them out and showed me what she would be taking. She took WAY more then what she colored in, not to mention they aren’t the same shape or even at the same level. Do NOT , I repeat do NOT go to Alexis . This has been my worse experience at this spa and I’m leaving a 2 star because everyone else has been fantastic except this women has done “3years of experience in this” . I could do better at home.

Best massage I have had in a long time.they were able to get us in for a couple massage. Very friendly and professional staff.

I had such a great experience with Lexi! She did an amazing job with my brow mapping and my brow wax-super precise, gentle, and professional. She really took the time to make sure my brows were shaped perfectly for my face, and the end result looks so natural and clean. I feel so much more confident thanks to her work. Highly recommend Lexi if you want brows that are on point!
