I stopped in last Monday and was greeted by Bree ! Such a beautiful and delightful associate that actually knows what she’s talking about. Super knowledgeable and I’m forever grateful for her with assisting me on this challenge aka my hair. She suggested great items and they have worked wonders for me. I purchased a new brush , MBIB Products and the Satin pillowcase /Microfiber towel set. I’ll definitely stop by again Thank you so much Bree 💜

Every employee is friendly and helpful. Ruth (I think that’s her name) always helps me and remembers what I like to use. every customer is greeted and asked if you need anything when you walk in. You can tell that this store is the way it is because of the Managment. These days, there are not many stores where the whole team is great but this is one.

Every experience with this location has been terrible. They are rude in person, rude on the phone. A couple months ago, my 10 year old daughter kind half coughed and the employee ringing my products up glared at her and rolled her eyes. They will put you on hold for 10 minutes or until you give up and hang up. Then when you try to call back they just don’t answer. I have been in many times and have never seen them be busy enough to ignore calls. They also mark a bunch of products as out of stock whenever Sally’s runs a free delivery promotion, even though every time I have gone into the store to find out that every product was actually on the shelf. I wouldn’t even shop here except that the other locations are much further away.

My wife went to shop here and asked me to write a review of her experience. " The ladies that work there are super knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly nice. Truly one of the best Sally's experience experiences ever." So with this said ,go see these knowledgeable ladies for your beauty needs.

I'm usually not one to do reviews but I have always had a great experience at this location. I want to give a big shout out to Ruth! She is amazing. She is a very good sales woman. Very knowledgeable with good recommendations but not pushy! Very happy consumer😊
