I love shopping at this location and have been a regular for a while. The prices are great, and Noelle is fantastic. She’s always very helpful and friendly, and I enjoy talking to her. Any time I have questions or concerns, she’s been able to help me. She’s definitely a knowledgeable and valuable asset to have! The rest of the staff is also always very friendly, and if they don’t have the answer, they find out, which is great. The location is also clean and well-stocked. I place online orders frequently for same-day pickup, and they quickly fulfill the orders. I’ll continue shopping here, no problem.

Wish they had more products but that might just be the whole market these days. Love the staff though theyer awesome!

Hey All! Update: Call & push option 1. I read a couple reviews about people going there being so disappointed that no one was there. So I called the store, & it gave an option to push 1 to receive a text for hours today. I got it immediately & that was very helpful! I went today. It was all good. Still very helpful people. I've been coming to Sally's overtime. Met nice people here. Today, I have to recognize Noelle because she gave me great info about products, really hung in there with me, and was so kind. She really helped me a lot. Excellent customer service! Besides that, her hair is gorgeous and inspiring in addition to her wonderful personality.

I appreciate that the store didn’t have any fragrances, as they make me very sick and I expected them. It was a nice professional atmosphere. The employee explained the benefits of joining the rewards program and also gave me advice on the product I was buying.

Ours are not shared on the door it’s Sunday. It states online that they open at 11 o’clock. It is 1120 and no one is here Prescott Valley location isn’t answering their phones either…. Better customer service if you’re not going to be open on Sundays change your Google listing and put something on the door.
