Alexa at Elements Massage is absolutely outstanding. She is kind, highly knowledgeable, and truly understands the body. She knows exactly how to target the right pressure points, and she has significantly improved the pain and tightness in my hips and glutes. What sets Alexa apart is her attentiveness, as she consistently checks in to make sure the pressure is right and adjusts as needed. I always feel completely relaxed during our sessions and confident that I’m in skilled, capable hands. As someone who has been seeing massage therapists for many years, I can honestly say Alexa is the best I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend her and hope she’ll be at Elements for years to come. Alexa is AMAZING!!!! I've been going to see her for 3 months now and it's the highlight of my month. She listens to what I need (which differs for each session) and she takes the time to get to know me as a person so she can tailor her massage techniques to my needs.
