I went in to purchase some clippers yesterday for my beard trim and was advised to get a certain pair of Wahl clippers that are used for removing hair from the top of the head. It was before the store closed so by the time I got home and realized they were not the clippers that I needed, the store had closed. Today I came in and showed the store employees that I wanted to exchange them for the correct ones and they told me since the box had been opened, they cannot be returned. On the receipt, it says refunds or exchanges will only be issued on clippers and trimmers that are unused. The time frame for returns is also 60 days. It hasn’t even been 24 hours. Really frustrating situation as it was not my fault that I was advised to get these clippers instead of trimmers.

Worst customer service experience ever! We walked in just 15 minutes after buying hair products, simply trying to return it—no big deal, right? Well, apparently, it was too much work for the employees at this store. They did not give us a receipt, and instead of being understanding or even slightly helpful, they flat-out refused to give us our money back. Instead, they shoved a gift card at us, even after we told them we don’t even shop here! The worst part? The absolute attitude from Mila (purple hair). She acted like we were the biggest inconvenience of her life, rolling her eyes, sighing, and making it painfully obvious that she had no interest in doing her job. It was like asking her to help was personally offending her. The laziness and rudeness were unbelievable. BUT—shoutout to M

My friend and I bought hair dye then went to return about 15 minutes later because we had cold feet and were not convinced with the color. My return was easy since I made an account however the employees, Mila specifically, (the one with the purple hair) made it really difficult for my friend since they didn’t give her a receipt. She was rude and gave us attitude and did not want to help find a solution. She was lazy and snotty. She told us they couldn’t see previous orders and if we don’t want our receipt then they usually throw it away. THEY offered to check the trash for it then we said “yes please” and Mila proceeded to say, “ well she could dig her hand in there if she wants, that’s nasty.” Then walked away before we could even respond. They were the ones who offered to look! Thank yo

The workers do not know what they're doing. I was looking for hair dye and was trying to find a good one, asking questions, and the girl did not know that with some, you can't bleach it for a period of time afterwards, so you're stuck with the color for awhile. I talked to someone else and was told that I don't have to bleach my roots, that the dye will take, it'll just be darker. IT DIDNT TAKE AT ALL. My roots are dirty blonde

Either it was my lucky day or there're always deals to be had here? I paid $6 for a huge round brush and got a "buy one get one" deal on a hair product! Nice selection, no sales people following me and parking was very convenient right behind the place. I'm an Amazon Prime shopper, but I'm going to check this place first next time.
