Sally Beauty

Today, August 19, 2025 at 1:50 pm. Cecilia offered HORRIBLE customer service. She was on her phone / Apple Watch the entire time and could not properly assist customers in the store. She told me they did not sell a product that I asked for and I ended up spotting it on the shelf. She was rushing away from customer as she continued her phone conversation. I’m not sure if the other products that I needed were in stock. I will go to a different beauty supply store going forward! I will not be returning here.

The person who checked me out was so friendly and sweet. I didn’t need assistance with my purchase, but it was great to see her go the extra mile for this little old lady. Even though the store didn’t carry all the products the old lady needed, she helped her find out where she could get what she needed. It is nice to have someone engaging and kind check me out.

Sally’s needs to better train and educate their employees. I went in and asked for advice on dying my blonde halo hair to a red color. The girl working suggested to me a permanent red dye… turns out you are NOT supposed to put permanent red on bleached hair, only semi-permanent. This “recommendation” ended up burning a good chunk of my hair off. I will not be asking for any advice from these workers as they seem to not be educated in hair care at all.

LOVE going here, Today I went here and My throat was so dry and I kept coughing the manager was so sweet gave me a bottle of water was such a life saver. Helped me with everything I needed Just loved her. Thank you.

I love this store, easy parking and the staff is always super nice. Tiera(sorry if i spelled it wrong) was super helpful today helping me find what I needed for my latest hair project.
