My favorite hair store ever, I love going here so much. The staff are just amazing, I love how friendly and helpful they are, it's easy to make great small talk or have an amazing conversation. They have everything you could ever need, and at great prices too. The variety is amazing, I recommend this store to everyone that ever asks me about hair dye. I've bought from here so many times and I will always come back again and again in the future 💖💖💖

I came in here 2/23/26 and didn't even end up buying anything because of how uncomfortable one of the staff was making me. I didn't need anything specific, just shopping around in that plaza and started off at Sally's. The employee i'm referring to was a bigger girl, dark longish hair, and glasses. the 1st time she approached me was the usual experience at a Sally's- asking if i needed help finding anything and even complimented my shoes. I told her the 1st time i didn't need anything specific & was just looking around. She approached me a 2nd and 3rd time asking the same question which got the same answer. She was watching me the entire time i was shopping- every time id go down a different aisle she'd follow me. the final time she approached me i got a little bit of an attitude when i an

Just wow! I heard the team working here was kind and helpful, but I was blown away. The store manager (I didn't catch her name) listened carefully, was non-judgmental, and was able to give us wonderful advice and help. The entire interaction made me feel welcome. I am a customer for life!

Victor and Alexia were 101% that provide the type of customer service most businesses imagine their employees exemplifying! They were patient, assisted me with locating the products I needed and even helped me find legitimate substitutes. Keep up the great work ladies! I see you! :)

Staff are super kind and welcoming, and definitely know their stuff! Shout out to Alexia especially. I’m not one to take hair advice from folks who don’t have the same texture, because you REALLY have to know what you’re talking about. However, Alexia gave me advice on a process I couldn’t even find on the internet. The results were way beyond my expectations because of that. Would recommend this place to anyone. I’ll be coming back for sure. Thanks y’all!
