Cold Sweat Therapy

Decided to try here as I was looking for a good recovery spot. Not only is the price fair, the owner Andrew is a simple minded guy and he makes sure to cover all avenues to give a great experience. While I was familiar with plunge and sauna benefits he showed and explained red light benefits which was new to me. The space is functional and inviting with turf as you could stretch or do a workout here even as there is a full rack and a dip bar.

Amazing cold plunge experience. The owner is incredibly helpful and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. The place is spotless, well organized, and you’re provided with everything you need for a great session. You can really tell they care about the experience. Highly recommend!

Really cool place! The saunas get super hot — exactly how you want them. There are three cold plunges with different temperatures, so you can go from warm to freezing if you want, and they even have red light therapy, which is a nice touch. Everything’s clean, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff is friendly. Great spot to reset your body and mind. Definitely coming back!

I am new to cold plunge and all the other services at most spas or wellness centers but I felt right at home. Andrew was helpful and put me at ease and showed me a few tips. Can’t wait to go back and be a regular. It’s the type place where you can be alone or ask for help, super cool(hot actually too) and chill.

We absolutely love this place. Andrew is awesome and the atmosphere is always so chilled out. His place is super clean and quality equipment. Anytime access is a nice touch if you’re a member. We love it here so much we offered this as a benefit to our employee's. They love it too. If you want to start feeling better you owe it to yourself to give Andrew and Cold Sweat Therapy a shot!
