Well organized and welcoming. The staff is friendly and eager to help. It’s smaller than other stores, but still has a good variety of items. Prices are pretty good too, especially if you have an active professional license.

I had a fantastic experience at Sally Beauty. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. One of the associates went above and beyond—spending quality time with me discussing different hair options and helping me explore the best route for what I was trying to achieve. He was incredibly knowledgeable and, most importantly, never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Even as the store got busier, he stayed engaged and made me feel like a valued customer, not an inconvenience. I originally came in for specific products that ended up being out of stock, and even the alternatives I hoped for weren’t available. I was trying to create my own specific color that I couldn't find the colors. Thanks to Jasmine and Abbys communication with myself and each other (they worked different shifts) I was able to find the best colors to mix and a process that gave me exactly what I wanted!

We love Sally's, but we adore Hunter! He is a ray of sunshine! He gave us so much help and tips for my little one's curly hair. He suggested a shampoo/conditioner, oil, and a few other hair care products. He even gave a backup suggestion for one product not carried by Sally's, just in case that the one I purchased wasn't working. But it did work, and after a little over a month her hair and curls are gorgeous and healthy!! Thank you Hunter!!!

Hunter helped me today and I cant even begin to express how much it made my day. He was very helpful, complimented me, very professional and his outfit was SO cute!!!! I absolutely adore when someone can be completely themselves and express their style. I almost stole his dress he has on because it was so dang cute! 10/10 and will definitely be coming back for his help!
