Timeless Salon

Yesterday was my first time back in a salon after about 8 years after a really bad (bleaching) experience with salon 21. I had a great experience here overall. Heidi is very nice (all of the staff were nice), flexible and accommodating, and helped me decide on a new cut and color which was a fun process. I love the length and color but more importantly, my hair is very very healthy now; it feels light and has a nice gloss thanks to the product she used. It was easy to schedule, I just called in, and I find the price reasonable for the result. It's also close to home, which is a huge plus for me.

Hate to have to leave this review, especially since I was asked by the stylist not to because it would “hurt her career” yet there was no consideration for the money I spent or damage to my hair. After my first session with Cassidy, after coming home I immediately noticed some brassy strips near the front of my face but thought after a few washes it would get it’s true color. I didn’t reach out to her until 12 days b/c on top of being pregnant/in the middle of a move, I was extremely busy. The gal who answered the phone said she would get me in to get it fixed. I then received a phone call from Cassidy that I would be charged. I agreed and showed up to the appt. She then asked if I wanted to try and go lighter, I said yes. Best Salon in town! I’ve been going here for over 2 years, Heidi is amazing, very knowledgeable and up to date with the newest trends and styles. She is someone I trust and willingly goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your hair. Hands down the classiest and modern salon around 👍💇‍♀️

I absolutely love how my balayage highlights turned out. Heidi is amazing. She is very personable, friendly and super easy to chat with. I hadn't done anything with my hair in over 10 years and I am so happy with how it turned out

While I have seen some beautiful works from this salon, I and another person I know had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon about a year or two ago. We went to Heidi, who is a wonderful person to be around but it seemed like she was in a rush constantly. Fashion colors at this salon are definitely something you shouldn't ask for, because I asked for a purple color and I ended up coming out of the salon with pale blue hair instead which was very disappointing. not only that, but she used thinning scissors to cut my straight across bangs but cut them completely uneven and they were at an angle.
