I just wanted to say as the girl who used to trial and error her hair for over a decade... I came in a little rusty tonight and the manager Syd was absolutely phenomenal. I don't normally leave reviews unless I really mean it. I get socially anxious going out these days and she made me feel so welcome and not like an idiot that didn't know what I was doing like I've experienced at locations in the past. You have a very special person working for you. Not something you see often these days.

The guy that works at this location has no idea what he’s doing. Rewind back to middle of October, Mind you when he stepped in the help (never once said I needed help to begin with) he called someone else for help because he DIDNT know. Sold me a bundle of a brand I NEVER used. NEVER said all sales final. I went to the Attleboro location as soon as I left there. The lady there was amazing! Long story short I went to return the items HE recommended & was told it couldn’t be returned. Mind you it’s within the 60 days as the receipt says on the back. All brand new never open/used and I have the bag and receipt. I was gonna exchange it for the correct colors I had gotten at the second location plus spend more money. I went in yesterday to buy color to dye my hair green. I proceeded to do so today and it came out looking like the swamp from shrek. I called and asked what I could do and spoke to Jada and then sent my husband in to purchase what she suggestion and my husband received help from her too. My hair came out the color green I wanted and I don’t look like a swamp! Thank you so much Jada and Sally’s for hiring people who know they are talking about! This will forever be the Sally’s I go to as long as she works there!

Went in for a shampoo that I can only get there and Jackson let me know that they were essentially buy one get one free. As I was cashing out, I had picked out the wrong conditioner and he let me know that there was one that matched the shampoo that I got. He went and grabbed it so that I could take a look at them both, and I ended up getting the one he suggested. I'm super grateful for his attention and the fact that he went above and beyond!

Jackson was actually amazing he made sure I had everything but the RIGHT everything and helped educate me on the fact that I was not doing good by my hair. Great service!
