Great customer service and they know their products. I went in one day and I was looking at the men gel for the hair and I'm always disappointed in the the gels ive tried as they always leave flakes later on threw the day as you sweat or wet your hair. I asked Leticia if she recommend it one that didnt do that and she did and its the best gel ive had. It never flakes, it doesn't dry up my hair, it smells great. I couldn't be happier that I found a gel I really like. Thanks Leticia .

I wish I could give this business 0 stars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS. They will not return something with a receipt. It’s like shopping at the swap meet. I will never do business with this business. I will also be suing this business. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau today.

Had a hair emergency and Leticia helped me out big time! My hair looked like crap and she walked me through what I could do to fix it. She came off very professional, provided knowledge advice (that worked!) (I went Monday around 2pm) they were in the middle of receiving stock and still made time to help me out!

Staff was not very welcoming at all greeted with indifference. Was not asked if I needed help with anything when I was clearly looking and was the only one in there it’s a small store. Girl seem to barely want to talk to me. Basically ignored by with seem to be something of a manager no less, won’t be coming back. I would add, if you can’t be nice to all people go work at the taco stand.

Staff was polite, asked if I needed help to find products. Will definitely go back to get my hair products. I love the jewelry they had to offer 🩷🫶🏼
