As soon as we walked in a sales associate greeted us and asked if we needed any help. When she wasn't sure how to assist, she got Shanna who was MOST helpful and knowledgeable! She walked us through the differences in the products we asked about, explained why we needed certain products, and was respectful of personal space. Excellent customer service!

Every time I go in here I always have a good experience but today I had a GREAT experience. I didn't look or ask for a name but the girl who was working that had it looked like faded pink highlights in her hair was AMAZING 😍. She immediately helped me get everything I needed and I was in and out within minutes. She is an amazing worker and I'm glad she works there.

I love Sally’s Beauty Supply for the convenient hours that they are open compared to other Beauty Supply Stores. The pricing is a little high on some products for license professionals.

The staff is so nice and helpful! They can answer any questions you have, and seem to enjoy their jobs. I have always recieved wonderful service there. The store is incredibly clean as well.
