A hairdresser turned my hair canary yellow ! I went to Sally’s in Olean and the wonderful ladies working this past Saturday morning saved me!!! They helped me pick the right color to fix it !!! They were so understanding and knowledgeable! I am so grateful they were there to help !!!!

I went into my local Sally's store this evening. I go there at least once a month for many years now. The young ladies working this evening were new employees because I had never seen them before and I asked. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and I noticed how extremely organized the store was which is something I've never seen before in my many years of shopping at this location. The young ladies names were Jenna and McKayla. I was extremely impressed with the store cleanliness and again I've never seen it so organized before this visit. In addition, I was always told even by the manager of the store that I had to download the Sally's app to use my rewards but that response always confused me because they ask for your phone number every transaction to access your rewa

I had a positive experience at Sally's today. The associate was helpful but not pushy. I also utilized the live colorist feature on the website and it was an awesome experience. It was definitely helpful in being able to pinpoint what I was looking for when I went into the store. I would definitely recommend using that feature on the website if you are having questions about hair coloring.

Fantastic store with incredible management! Called in this morning as I am immobile at the moment and have to send my husband for supplies. The store manager not only grabbed everything I needed while she was on the phone she also stuck it behind the counter so my husband can just walk in and pay! Thank you guys for superior customer service!

We arrived today 5 minutes before they closed (they close at 8p) and only needed 2 things that sit at the front of the store. The store doors were already locked (indicating that they locked the doors well before that) and there were 2 female staff standing talking at the register - (Today is 11/8/24). They proceeded to roll their eyes, whisper and ignore the fact that we were at the door. If you close at 8p, then the doors should be unlocked until then. You just lost approximately 50 dollars - which may seem like very little, however, if your staff is doing this daily, then you are losing out on much more than that. Your staff are essentially stealing money from the company and no doubtedly lying about the time they are closing at night.
