I went in today for a Facial. When I arrived, there were alot of cars in the parking lot. I thought okay this place is pretty popular. Walked in, it smelled funny and I didn’t think much of it. Got to the lobby and it was dead. That should have been my first clue. I was told by Dustin that the facial room was upstairs, so I followed him up. The room entered looked like a storage room. The massage table sheet was dirty, and he just stood there and said “you can lay on your back on the table and your head goes here.” I thought it was weird that he was just standing there waiting. I took my coat off and set down my phone, sunglasses and wallet. I thought it was odd that I didn’t get to be alone so I could undress from the top up. I was fully clothed as he started with a warm towel on my face.

Dana ruined my hair! I came in last October with beautiful healthy hair. I left with hot roots and orange hair. I am still paying $$$ to correct this. I am new to the area and thought I found a great place. Here is the thing.... Dana was vaping when I came in, later she mentioned her meds were wearing off. I should have left immediately. I was told she was fired the following week. Obviously, she ruined other's hair that week. Why did the owner not go through her book and reach out to her clients and offer an apology or free service? The other stylist there knew of my complaint and was there that day. Bad all the way around.....

What a lovely salon! Clean and relaxing environment. Dana did an amazing job with a curly hair cut. Service started on time. Online reservation was a bonus! Dana and Dustin were a joy to visit with during the service. Great location and plenty of parking. .

I booked a consultation to see if my virgin hair could be silver grey. Dana had time and was able to lighten my hair significantly. Don't get me wrong she was super nice and accommodating but my hair feels ruined. The first toner my hair was close to what I wanted but still yellow. After another toner, shampoo and 6 hours total I left feeling horrible and covered my hair the rest of the night as my hair was various shades of yellow, blue and green. I got home and just cried to my husband. Paid $180 plus a $40 tip because I felt bad for not being happy thinking I said something wrong or my hair is just messed up. Came back with my sister in law the next day asking for a refund or even partial. Was given the managers card. Messaged and sent pictures to Brad who did issue a refund of the whol

Great experience! Comfortable atmosphere! Friendly welcoming staff! Josh colored, cut & styled my hair. I am happier with my hair than I have ever been before.Loved the experience! Very much appreciated their efficiency. I do not need to spend four hours in a salon for a cut and color. Great place, Great group of people!
