I went into the store not knowing what I wanted to do to my hair and came out very confident in my decision. The new manager Kasey was very helpful and professional and was very knowledgeable about everything inside the store. I also had other questions that were answered by the color specialist Ariana that help me decide what colors I needed. Both the manger and the employee were very kind and helpful. The store is very nice and clean I would recommend everyone go to this store for you beauty needs. I recommend you speak with Kasey or Ariana!!!!

The employees who work at this place have no business selling any kind of beauty products aside from maybe the manager. My wife came in with a picture of a light brown hair color she wanted. They gave her the color she needed to achieve the results(120$ worth of products), and it turned out to be 100% black. I called the store to ask them about this, and why the hair would turn out black the associate laughed at me when I told her that I did not think this was funny at all she put me on with the manager, whom seemed to know what she was talking about unfortunately, it’s too late for that. The sales associate who helped us only cared about selling us as many products as she possibly could did not care at all about what we were asking for my wife’s hair is ruined. I didn't get the name of the lady that was working this morning at 10am (11/21/23), but she was AWESOME. She gave great recommendations on hair dye brands for the color I was going for- without bleaching my hair and was pleasant to talk to in general. She was very patient and answered all of my questions.

The clerks were not friendly or helpful. After being showed the general section where the product type I was looking for was, I was left on my own to struggle with figuring out which one would suit my needs. They didn't have the item I came in to purchase. So I had to guess which would be a good replacement. I ended up getting something that didn't work.
