I struggle with communicating clearly sometimes and ask a lot of questions to make sure I'm understanding. I wanted to make sure I was getting the right products as I was dyeing my hair with permanent colors for the first time. The manager (?) was very short and impatient with me. My friend too. I gave the store a second chance as I always do but I received similar treatment. The other employees are kind and helpful, but the manager (I think?) is really nasty and has soured me from ever going back.

over the top, amazing experience today all thanks to Desiree. I was doing my own hair and bleached the roots yesterday, turning my hair somewhat yellow. so my hair was in desperate need of a tone. i went in and didn’t know what to get and Desiree hooked me up!!! I was so scared bc I didn’t want to damage my hair anymore, or have to go back to the store for more products. I was doing my hair back at home with the product Desiree gave me and I started to get super scared by the color so i called Sally Beauty and Desiree gave me her phone number so I could ft her. she was able to see my hair processing and told me exactly what to do and for how long to leave in the product. long story short Desiree is amazing and my hair looks AMAZING all thanks to her :)))

I wish I got their names but the 2 ladies that helped me earlier today went above and beyond to give me an exception shopping experience. I went in there looking for a gift for my girlfriend, with absolutely no knowledge of any of the products and they took the time to hand pick products for her based off a picture and a brief description. Then took the time to wrap everything beautifully. I was blown away by the time and effort they put into finding a great gift for her.

They are always pleasant at Sally’ Beauty. Prices stayed reasonable even when everything else went up. The hair color is the next best thing to going to the salon. If they carried Rusk, I’d give them 5 stars.

I visited the North Haven store a couple of days ago. The 2 employees in the store were both polite & professional. They allowed me to browse without breathing down my neck, but said they were available if I needed assistance. They advised me of their current sale and enthusiastically recommended a perfumed body spray they both loved. It smells wonderful and it was a nice bonus purchase ! A pleasure doing business there.
