Sammi is a true MASTER in her field and the most talented massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of booking. Before I met Sammi, I was someone who was jumping from salon to salon desperately trying to find someone who could relieve me of my back pain and tight knots. No one could help me feel better until I found Sammi. Now other places feel like a waste of money because I’m comparing everyone to her. Sammi is very educated in anatomy and deep tissue techniques. She can find all your knots and misalignments in the first few minutes of the massage and can explain exactly what she is doing to fix it. Sammie has an intuitive style of massage therapy. She uses accurate pressure, hot stones, aromatherapy and specific therapeutic techniques to achieve results. Friction, skin rolling, passive stretching, and direct compression on anatomical bony attachments is used to relieve pain and stiffness. Also reciprocal inhibition with antagonist muscle groups!!! All this is included in each session with her sensitive and firm touch. Her hands are the best tool by far. I have been a Neuromuscular Massage therapist for 16 years and it is difficult to find someone with this level of care. My experience was very relaxing yet intense as needed for sticky adhesions. I would highly recommend Sammie if you want a level up - more expertise than the “run-of- the mill” massage!

Sammi is super detail oriented! From ensuring the perfect position on the table to teasing out every single knot, she is the best massage therapist that I’ve ever encountered. She is knowledgeable about various styles and combines them to give you the best massage possible. My whole body just felt relief as a result of the massage. Sammi’s massage studio is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Her prices are very fair considering the incredibly high quality of massage you receive.
