I had the best experience at the newport, Oregon store. I went in with brassy hair and a very knowledgeable young lady advised me that I needed a blue shampoo. I was hesitant plus I didn't want anything harsh. This shampoo did the trick. Thank you.

Charlotte is the most helpful, supportive person! After paying a hefty price for a professional highlight job that went terribly wrong, Charlotte helped me pick out the right products to fix it. She had many suggestions and took her time to answer all my questions. She is amazing!

Always closed before listed hours. Typically open till 7 means they lock doors at 7pm not 20 minutes before closing. Drove 3 hours round trip for the 2nd day in a row for them to be closed early. Not happy at all
