I placed an order for same-day delivery and the delivery person delivered the package to a completely wrong address - 30 minutes away from where I was. When I called to complain, Sally Beauty refused to send a replacement because they claimed that the delivery person tried to deliver the items to me. I begged them to let me share the screenshot that the driver sent to me where he showed me that he was located in a completely wrong part of town even though it clearly shows that I provided the correct address. They wouldn't listen to me and then disconnected with me. I will never shop this company again.

Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars the customer service was absolutely horrible. They ignored me completely upon my arrival and the cashier was so rude when I tried to approach her and ask questions. I will never go back and give them my hard earned money.

I decided to dye my hair with a customized copper color and sought the staff's advice at the Sally Beauty branch. They provided me with the colors, developer, and instructions for mixing them. However, following their recommendations resulted in my hair turning out red instead of the desired copper shade. It was a disappointing experience, as I did not intend to have red hair 😭😭😭😭 I spent $38.10 on the products, hoping for a beautiful outcome, but unfortunately, the result did not meet my expectations. I am disheartened by both the outcome and the money I invested in the process 😥 As a result of this experience, I would not recommend this store to others.
