Sally Beauty

This store is amazing. Beside the fact that I love the merchandise, and people who work there, their service is way above and beyond reasonable expectations!!! I recently had an incident happen there, that was totally my fault ( I had no idea ). They never lost patience or politeness , though I insisted on getting to the bottom of the incident. Long story, short ,I solved the issue , while talking to my family. I was totally in the wrong the whole time. I am so grateful, that upon calling them to let them know , they were very forgiving a, and kind. I highly recommend this store to everyone for their hair ,and beauty products. Thank you to Sally's Beauty Supply, King's highway, New Bedford, Ma. !!!!!!!!!

I am from out of town but I was visiting a friend that lives in New Bedford. I stopped here before I drove home. I was impressed at how friendly and kind the employees there were. It was today, 5/26/21 around 540p-6pm if that helps! I found more items available in this store than the Sally’s near my home which was a nice bonus!

I like the products but the service was poor. I purchased a product ($13.00) and upon opening it, I saw it was damaged. I returned it the very next day and the woman (I'm assuming she was the store manager) approached me and accused me of breaking it to return it. I'm going to assume it's because they may experience this quite a bit so I was patient. Customer service was absent in this situation. Quite unfortunate.

I've bought 4 new clippers within a two week span ..one of the employees recommended a Andis clipper, I bought and went home to it being defective. Went back immediately, she gave me another, went home and still couldn't finish a haircut...junk...so today I bought a new Wahl designer, a Wahl shaver/shaper, and the Wahl hero...the shaver was opened and did not have all pieces. Can see it was used and returned, which they told me there is no returns on clippers...hmmm...then I open my supposedly new Wahl designer to find out that there are missing pieces as well...place is a joke

Went in today early in the morning and later afternoon and the girl who helped me saved my hair. Didn’t catch her name but I’m super thankful! Definitely will be back to this Sally’s.
