The staff are excellent people. They have helped me soooooo many times. They are patient with me. They have never treated me unkindly. Thank you everyone at Sally's in Smyrna,Tennessee.

Well, yesterday, March 24, in the afternoon, I went to buy a toning shampoo because I was going to bleach my hair blonde and so I bought a shampoo and conditioner and they gave me another one for free but the product was terrible and did nothing for my hair. Anyway, I recommend that you don't buy it.1😡😡😤😤

Nearest Sally Beauty to me these days. I knew what I was going in for, and was able to find and purchase it. Store was very well-staffed and I had a pleasant exchange with one of the staff members

I’ve been coming to this store for a couple years now and always have a wonderful experience, but today takes the cake. I needed help finding a product for my daughter’s hair, and the store manager (I believe she said her name was Lala) was more than happy to help me! She even gave me pointers outside of just products I could buy at the store. Thank you so much for your help!!!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would but since 1 star is the minimum, it’ll have to do. The store associates there are HORRIBLE. I overheard them making fun of my physically DISABLED mother (who was sitting in the car outside the store at the time) saying “ugh it’s her again” and blatantly making other rude and uncalled for comments about her being deaf. As a paying customer they should be grateful for her business. To make fun of a disabled individual that puts money in YOUR pockets, who already struggles with insecurities about being deaf is something to be ashamed about. I, without guilt or remorse, truly hope that this store shuts down.
