Stop going anywhere else for you hair supplies and go here. I stopped in to find a different shampoo because everything I have been using causes build up and oily hair. The manager was super helpful and friendly, and in moments I would normally feel intimidated, as the ugly ducklings sister, she made me and by proxy the other lady shopping with the same hair care concerns feel like the unseen swans we are. She had amazing recommendations and awesome information. I can't wait to go back and see what mor I can learn from her and her knowledgeable staff!!

i called sally’s in fruitport asking if they had a public restroom the girl who answered the phone was completely rude, she asked for my name and was very rude and told me i had called 3 times asking and to stop calling because they didn’t have a public restroom, i had only called that one time asking for my sister who has medical problems and she hung up after i said sorry. completely unacceptable, i just wanted my sister to feel comfortable in their store and now we will not be shopping there, don’t recommend. thanks. poor customer service.

Super awesome staff! I think this was the first time ever I had so much help shopping for my hair needs. It felt like I had my own personal assistant guiding me thru my hair care process!! Thank you awesome staff at Sally's!!!

If the staff doesn't think you know what you're doing/what you're buying, they absolutely WILL take advantage of you. Sent my friend in to buy 4 things, shouldn't have been any more than $30-$40. Left paying almost $90 because the cashier thought they didn't know what they were doing and upselled them 5 extra items- not to mention, being incredibly rude and condescending while doing so.

The staff are more than happy to help with even the most creative hair ideas. We stopped in and Toni really helped us feel capable, and went above and beyond with assisting to explain a lot of things we didn't know how to do. We left hyped up and ready. Great store for all of your hair needs!
