I was there and didn’t get helped at all. The two young girls working were talking about their boy friends. I don’t even know if they knew anyone was in store .They won’t even come check me out so i left . They never looked up at all .

It's been a pretty good weekend spending time with all these kids...then Went for a new hair color to go with the new cut and of course i walked out of there with some new eye shadows and a few other random things I've been wanting lol

They shipped my order and charged me for missing item in box. In 5 weeks I have not been able to contact a single person about it. The store can not help because it was an online sale. Every time I call I get cut off and emailing is about the same. Poor service and customer care. I will not use your online service anymore. You owe me $15.50.

Always receive a very pleasant greeting when I walk into Sally's in Muncie, Indiana store. 98% of the time a store associate comes into the isle I'm n asking if they can help me. I'm very pleased with the service and products at Sally's.

Loved the advice from staff! They were super helpful and had very great customer service! I will be shopping there again!
