was greeted with unsettling/uncomforting energy by workers. i get it’s their job but i don’t like being stared down. especially during checkout the lady was simply rude. maybe they were having a bad day but it’s never a welcoming experience in there, i normally see the same workers.

Got color remover, removed half the color and then when i dyed my hair after it went BACK TO BLACK. spent $40 for all this for nothing. now i have purple roots and black hair.

It’s a nice little shop. For the most part they carry everything you could need and a good variety too. The people there are knowledgeable and friendly and not overly pushy and don’t follow you around the store the whole time you’re there. I just wish they still carried extension!!!! 😭

I used to go to sally’s all the time but now it seems to be new people a lot and they recommend stuff that most definitely is always a waste of my money. i no longer ask for help when i go in. also kind of annoying they’re always in the back office having what should be private conversations but you can hear them from the front of the store. sometimes i do an online order for pickup but they take sooo long and they’ve canceled my orders before when i order early in the day.

Extremely upset with this business. I went in asking for a color remover that did not have bleach or any harsh chemicals since I have a very sensitive scalp because I have Psoriasis. The lady there had I think black and blue hair, she said what she gave me should be enough for two treatments but it was enough for only one (my hair is very thick) then on top of it, my scalp was on fire during the remover being on it, after I got it washed out( only left it in for 20 mins) my scalp was bleeding in a couple places! I will never buy from this place!
