Rachel was quick to offer her assistance today even though she was busy re-stocking. Her expertise and confidence were impressive. This store is going to rise in sales because of her style and skills. Keep her here! She says she loves what she does. That makes things nice for her and wonderful for customers and the Sally company. Thank you, Rachel. I hope people will give this Mt Pleasant SC store another chance.

Let me just begin by saying I only rated this store a 5 star for the fact that I am so beyond Thankful for Rachel being such an amazing and dedicated employee! SHE IS THE ONLY REASON THIS SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE IN MOUNT PLEASANT IS STILL OPEN!! I have been going to this location for years, and it has steadily gone down hill with the shortage of employees and constant coming and going of employees! I have seen and heard Rachel working with many customers in such a professional manner from the very first day she started. It honestly blows me away! As I am in the sally store atleast a few times a week! Each time it's usually just Rachel working and she is always juggling customers, answering questions ,phone calls, registers, stocking shelves, ordering supplies etc.. etc. . I have seen a

I had a horrible experience. As soon as I walked in B****. And then when I was figuring out the payment they grabbed it,and ali said she might steal it?....why would someone even say that??? I'm in tears because of how rude these two were. I'm a regular...not. Only that I would not steal...I can't even type I'm so upset.

I had the pleasure of shopping at Sally’s Beauty Supply in Mt. Pleasant and was pleasantly greeted by Trish. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even offered other options. She was kind and very knowledgeable about products and inventory. She demonstrated patience when helping me. I also appreciated the way she was able to multi-task by helping multiple customers at once. I will definitely purchase from this store in the future. While on my lunch break (on 12/19), I went to the Sally Beauty location on Johnnie Dodds Blvd. I was hopeful because I'd been looking for two styles of eyelashes for 2 weeks without any luck at other stores and decided to give this location a try. While browsing the lash wall, I noticed that the couple that entered right before me left and one individual commented "I guess we'll go somewhere else since she can't talk to us." I thought that it was weird and brushed it off because I'd actually found BOTH of the lashes that I wanted and was pretty happy. Unfortunately, the employee (unsure of her name because I wasn't greeted but she was blonde and Caucasian) had disappeared leaving me and the rest of the customers in the store to our own devices.
