Nancy is an incredible massage therapist. I recently got a massage from someone else (I was out of town) and it didn't just wasn't the same. Nancy knows how to work with athletes. I run competitively (5k-marathon) and always notice a quicker recovery from hard workouts and races when I see Nancy for a massage. She has helped me stay injury free for the longest period of time in many, many years. I would much rather pay for a massage than a doctor's bill!

Nancy is an amazing massage therapist. She took so much time and consideration with me. She followed-up with me to see how I was feeling, and offered SO much valuable advice on how to manage and care for myself more. Until my first appointment with Nancy, I was on a path that would likely cause me to be uncomfortable and also poor posture and pain throughout the body. After my very first appointment with Nancy, I know now how to prevent this. My massage was an incredibly relaxing experience and I certainly left feeling MUCH better. I was having pain taking deep breaths due to so much muscle tension in my back. This pain was gone when I got off the table. Nancy is kind, dedicated, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Nancy!!

As a professional athlete the health of my body is a very important aspect of my life. I have had my fair share of sports massages throughout my sports career. Nancy has done an amazing job of setting herself apart, not only by her knowledge and expertise on what the body needs to function at a high level, but with how personable and easy going she is. Nancy is a great sports massage therapist. I train to run distances from 5K-half marathon, and this can take a big toll on anyone's body, but Nancy's massages have helped me recover and prevent injuries. Plus, getting a massage is a good way to treat yourself while doing something great for your health! Nancy is the most experienced massage therapist I've been to, as she works with many local runners. Fantastic sports massage therapist! Nancy is trained well to work with anyone from high-level/elite athletes to weekend-warriors. I only wish I'd gone to see her after my first marathon instead of the other place I went to. While I haven't been running as much as I'd like since dealing with an injury, she has helped me battle through this one and avoid any other injuries. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great massage therapist that knows her stuff and can help you feel better immediately!
