I can't say enough about the wonderful ladies, that work in the store. They have a wonderful, collaborative effort. And always help me find what I need. Taylor, who is the manager is always friendly. Sometimes it can be hard to find products that work with my hair, but they always help me find exactly what I need. Aside from always offering wonderful customer service, the store is organized and very easy to navigate. I 1000% would recommend this store to everyone. It truly is a stand out in a world of Messy retail stores.

I have been dealing with this store for years. I no longer will be going to them for anything. I never received part of my order from back in June and I called them about it and there was absolutely nothing they could do and gave me a number to their headquarters where no one answers. The last straw was I bought a gelish top coat and I've used it 3-4 times and each time it has chipped off within hours so I called to see if they would exchange it for a different bottle and they said as of yesterday evening they are no longer doing returns or exchanges and I asked why and they said due to Covid. I was willing to do curbside not even walk in their store and they said they couldn't do anything and then hung up on me. They lost atleast 3 long time customers for hanging up on me.

Has all types of hair supplies for men and women. Some items are sold to general public others are for licensed beauty shops. Staff will assist you with which items you can purchase and will explain how to you

This place is right ridiculous. They are rude to the customers and no good customer service. You dont run a business telling you ur customers that you dont have time to look for something and to go online all while being hateful. I will not be back here and shop
