I was recommended to Body & Sole Wellness by a friend and I am extremely pleased with my entire experience. The environment in itself was extremely calm and welcoming. I had a deep tissue massage followed by Reki healing and it was phenomenal ✨️ I highly recommend Kim!
Kim and staff do a wonderful job. I had a chair massage for shoulder pain. They took great care to release all the points of tension that were attributing to my pain. I recommend highly.
I have a lot of spinal issues which brings a lot of muscle issues from trying to stabilize my joints. Kristi is great at working these things out and always leave feeling so grateful for her diligence in helping me.
I came in completely stressed out with life and my job. I left so relaxed. Highly recommend. For the first time in over a year, my sciatica is not hurting.
