I want to start off by saying just how friendly and welcoming the staff are. I came in yesterday after a trip to the salon where I went blonde but wasn’t toned. I had YELLOW hair! The color specialist helped me find the perfect toner and even educated me on the products.

Every visit, every time, I’ve experienced nothing but the best service from the associates at store #2738. Dixie being top notch, among , I want to say Veronica and Johanna have been most helpful. Kudos to an amazing staff! Will definitely be continuing my business at that location.

Recently I purchased a combo set of clippers from Sallys, they said I couldn't return it in store due to Covid. I was instructed to reach out to the company brand: Andis, whom they assured would process my refund. I called the customer service number multiple times, only to get an operator stating she is sorry no one is there to pick up, to try again later? I had to contact them via email. They finally replied and said they couldn't issue me a refund because the set wasn't bought through them directly. So, Sally's lied. This set is extremely heavy; when you have multiple haircuts lined up, working with a heavy set can become intolerable! However, the real issue with the clippers is they became extremely hot 15 minutes into the cut! I had to apologize to my customer and refer him to finish

Horrible at treating customers with respect. They don't want to help you find what you need... they won't even register you with a sally's card if you don't ask. I really miss the original staff. They were very helpful. The only thing I'll buy there now is hair color. I'd rather pay for a cheaper version of anything else than go there.

They have a lot of really good products. And the lady that works there is very helpful and knowledgeable I go there to get my wife products without her knowing so I need as much help as I can get. I definitely recommend
