The Head Spa (a birthday gift from my daughters) was the most fabulous experience! Lilly asked me a few questions about my hair and scalp and then designed a personalized treatment just for me. I don't know which part I enjoyed the most...the delicious aromas from the products she used, the wonderful scalp and neck massage, or the waterfall feature. It was all fantastic and so relaxing. I recently had a microneedling treatment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space was clean, calming, and beautifully maintained, which immediately reassured me that I was in good hands. Elli took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect before, during, and after the procedure.
