The sales woman that my friend talked to about what all she needed to bleach her hair lied to her about what all she needed and said the two little packs was enough to bleach her whole head, no it only bleached a quarter of it and didn’t suggest to her all the products she needed for it when my friend asked her. she would have had a bigger sale had she had known exactly what she was talking about. start hiring people who know what they’re talking about. i haven’t went to hair school and still know she needed way more than what was suggested to her when she asked.

I just visited this store on my lunch break and I was in the store less than 3 mins and I felt very uncomfortable! I was greeted and helped then 30 seconds behind each other 2 other employees made it seem like I needed to hurry up and make a decision!! Like dang give me a chance to look at the nails. I hadn’t decided if I wanted long or short and I wasn’t even given an opportunity to see which direction I wanted to go in in order to pick my nails. Long story short I felt very uncomfortable and didn’t even want to buy anything here. I’ll wait till I get back to Atlanta to go to a more welcoming Sally’s

*update- came back to the store and they were so helpful with finding what I need. It was a quick trip in and out. Would really appreciate an update on hours. Drove 35 minutes to get here only to find out they close at 6 not 7. I suggested an update

I had planned to buy alot of things today,the girls that are supposed to be employees and helpful were too busy worried about getting chicken wings than to help with anything.
