I heard about her through a relative that went to her and they did not lie.. She’s the ONE! She really cares about the state of your hair and makes sure your install is PERFECT! She gives you all the tools and knowledge as she installs to make sure that your new hair journey will be successful. She works with your schedule to make sure you can get your appointments, answers every question you may have, and stays available to communicate. Von work is amazing. I just hate that her pricing is very inconsistent. One day she take less time to do your hair and the next time it takes the full time and that’s with regular new growth no extra new growth because I never miss my appointments. I’m a very local customer. She is always late to the appointments and she never cut you any slack on the pricing even though she is always late. Not to mention your time like it’s not important and the fact that you have other things planned for that day as well. I’ve even talked with a few of her customers and they feel the same way. If you do choose her please pay attention at every appointment and you will see. I love Ms Von! She started my locs. Initially I was nervous because I thought I had to cut my hair to start locs but her longevity and knowledge in cosmetology put my mind at ease. She does an amazing job with natural hair and is GREAT with color. Highly recommend.
