The bigger girl with the buzzcut needs a lesson in customer service. She’s extremely rude, very condescending and talks to people like they’re below her. Arguing with customers because she is uneducated in something, telling them that they are wrong doesn’t make her right. It’s unprofessional.

Super friendly staff. They were out of a toner I was looking for and they made some calls to find an available store. Also showed me a bunch of hair dye on sale!! Definitely my favorite one to go to.

Went to Sally's at Milford Ohio after work today needing a new hair straightener. I have to say the sales associate loni was amazing, she answered all my questions and helped me pick out a awesome hair straightener . I even left the store with a couple extra items. I've been a customer service for over 20 years , just want to praise loni for the amazing job she is doing!!!!

"Come back next week. The shipment will be in." "Come back tomorrow. We're unloading the truck right now!" "It'll be here next week." Literally one month of this. This is the worst stocked sallys I've ever seen and the employees always seem like they just discovered that hair exists and people buy things for it.

Drive all the way there 6:20 pm on a Friday night, sign said they close at 8 pm Google says 8 pm the doors were locked, the worker said through the window we're closed?! Either update your hours or open the door. Disappointing
