Tried giving this place a second chance, but got the same disappointing result. Terrible haircut — there’s no way to defend how bad it looks. Definitely won’t be coming back.

1 star I’ve really tried to give this local business a chance, but every experience has been disappointing. This last visit was the final straw. I came in with clear instructions for the haircut I wanted, and they didn’t even come close. What’s worse—they don’t let you watch while they’re cutting, so there’s no way to give feedback or make sure it’s going the direction you want. I walked out with something totally different than what I asked for… again. I wanted to support a local spot, but at this point, it’s just not worth it. I won’t be back.
