I’ve never been here before, and before walking in, I was not confident about what I needed, and was probably going to just look around and leave. I was immediately greeted by an associate, and made me feel so comfortable I was able to say “I have no idea what I’m doing, but this is what I’m trying to do” she showed me several options with different pricing and experience levels. After a bit of back and forth, both associates greeted me and asked if I needed more help. YES PLEASE! I wasn’t sure what color I should go with, both held swatches to my head and discussed what method would work best. I’m excited to see how this turns out and I’ll definitely be back! I felt comfortable there and the associated where non judgmental!

"No Explanations Needed..." Highly poor customer care. Entered the store knowing exactly what was needed. Was surprised to see a sale going on. Though being comfortable was short lived as the worker kept asking if developer was needed to be purchased. We responded "No." At the register, she asked again if we needed developer. We replied: "No, we have a large bottle at home." The worker harshly replied: "No Explanations Needed." It's like, if someone says they don't need a product and you try asking them again- don't be angry with them for denying an unnecessary purchase. I'm also concerned to with the reason for the worker's rude demeanor. I've been noticing more negative demeanors when someone has noise cancelling headphones. No one in that place had died or bleached hair. Recomended horrible products. Did not take account or help me when hair melted from bleach

On Thursday 11/3/22 I visited this store, about 5:30, looking for Generic Blow Dry spray. The young woman who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. The product I wanted was no longer available, so she steered me to the Ion hair care line. She recommended a few similar, quality options. She also explained the 4 for $20 promotion. I picked out 4 Ion hair products. Another customer raved about the Ion Silk Drops, and the employee agreed. I’ve got to tell you, this is a great product! I’m buying it for Christmas gifts. When I returned to purchase them last Sunday, they were all sold out. The woman working did tell me that they get deliveries on Tuesday. Amazing place to shop! They got so much product knowledge and all of my questions where answered without a doubt. The manager is such a smart and sweet guy and the staff is so helpful and hardworking!!! The store is always clean and organized!!! Best beauty store out there!!! Definitely will return.
