I love love love this place ! They are always more than nice to me and so so helpful ! The last time I went this beautiful girl gave me bleach and toner with developer and my hair came out perfect after doing exactly what she said ! There is so much stuff in this store to buy it’s insane ! I spent lots of money here and will spend lots more ! Thank you Sally’s!!

I would gladly give them more than 5 if I could! The staff that was there today was sooo helpful and kind! They helped me find a substitute for the hair dye I was looking for. They are very knowledgeable and sweet. I think they deserve a raise😂💜 I didn’t cat b their names but the one girl had short turquoise hair and the other girl had shortish blonde hair!! Thank you guys again!

I once came into this store at around 6:00pm. As soon as I came in, I got dirty looks from the employees. I didn't know what time they closed, so I assumed that was why I received the looks that I got. I was completely ignored when they weren't staring at me. I purchased a comb even though that's not what I went there for and the lady seemed bored and irritated that she had to ring me out. I went a second time but a little earlier and again, I received looks as if I was either going to rob the place or I insulted their mother. I wanted to get some hair color and again I was ignored. There was no "how are you?" no "can I help you?". I finally went up to one lady to ask for advice on a product and she seemed bothered by it and wasn't very knowledgeable of the products. I have had two unpleasant experiences here. The woman working was rude to me both times and also made my child and I feel like we were annoying her when we asked which color is best. She acted irritated she had to do her job. I felt like she thought she was better than me because she works at a beauty shop. Which I had to actually laugh about that one. Also she sold me two things that were wrong and it's a good thing I didn't follow her directions because if I had...I would have ended up bald. Uninformed, ignorant and rude. Do not go to this store.

The 3 associates were all in the back room when I walked in and I was not greeted. The whole store was not front and faced, with big holes any where I looked. Was not asked if I needed help. I was checked out promptly.
