Rebecca was a great masseuse! I was just visiting from out of town and needed to get in with short notice. She was able to see me the same day. She listened to all my concerns and how I like my massages (firm, deep tissue) and she hit all the right spots. I definitely left with less pain and feeling more relaxed.

This was my first time getting a massage and I had received a gift card to Vitality and gave it a shot. 10/10 recommend!! I had a 30 minute massage with Sharon and she was so great!! Explained everything to me, was super sweet, and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I am definitely coming back!

The cryotherapy sessions I've had have been spectacular. The staff was very professional, and I got in quickly. Everyone needs to try cryotherapy at least once... I noticed immediately that my knee that has some arthritis in it improved the same day.

Love this place. Everyone is awesome there. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going there for accupuncture for years and Vince is great. Dr Dengler is fantastic. She has helped with with many health issues. Highly recommend Vitality.

Wish there were more stars! I see Heather, as a health coach. She is SO easy to talk to, she never rushes me. Heather is so informative. Anyone looking to make some positive life style changes and is looking for some guidance, I strongly recommend this place.
